Our house had been on the market for a number of months with another agent before I did some further research and decided to go with Avenue Estates. With the previous estate agent, we often felt like just another number on their books. Viewings were very slow, and we didn’t feel we received well-rounded or particularly helpful feedback afterwards. After several months, I decided to look for another agent.

Our experience with Dominic from Avenue Estates was completely different. His communication was consistently excellent, and he kept us updated throughout the entire process. He secured a much steadier flow of viewings and was always thoughtful with timings, understanding that we had young children and were often working from home.

He would send feedback almost immediately after each viewing, and it was always exceptionally thorough, which we really appreciated.

Towards the end of the process, there were a number of issues involving the sellers’ solicitors, but Dominic maintained excellent communication between ourselves, the buyers, the sellers, and the solicitors. He made what could have been a very stressful situation feel far more manageable.

I have been using Avenue Estates for a number of years (even before they re branded and moved offices) to manage my properties. They were the third agent I used and are by far the best. After tearing my hair out with the other agents, I was pleasantly surprised that Avenue listened to my needs, were realistic with price and tenancy, but always sought to find the best tenants, even if this meant extra work for them.
